Horváth Noé ev. (registered office: 1148 Budapest, Kerepesi út 30., 2/35., hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) informs users and other data subjects about the data processing related to the services (“Services”) provided via the website operated by the Data Controller at linoah.hu (the “Website”) in this Privacy Policy.
The Data Controller shall process personal data coming to its knowledge at all times in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (InfoAct), Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Civil Code), Act XLVIII of 2008 on the Basic Conditions and Certain Restrictions of Economic Advertising Activities (Advertising Act), Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues Related to Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services (E-Commerce Act), as well as in compliance with the provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy. Personal data shall only be processed to the extent strictly necessary for the purposes of data processing.
The Data Controller reserves the right to amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Users registered on the Website shall be informed of significant changes by email, while other changes shall be communicated via a notice on the Website. Continued use of the Services after such notification shall be deemed acceptance of the amended provisions of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not cover data processing activities of websites linked on the Website, nor the data processing of service providers who collect data regarding users’ activities on the Website without any cooperation agreement with the Data Controller, for the purpose of analysing user habits and preferences related to the Website.
The Data Controller processes personal data obtained directly from data subjects as well as personal data received from other data controllers in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy and pursuant to the GDPR, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. Personal data retains its status as such for as long as the natural person can be identified based on the information.

3. Scope, Purpose, Legal Basis, and Duration of Personal Data Processing
3.1 Personal Data of Users
The Data Controller processes the data users provide:
a) during registration for any Service provided by the Data Controller, contact inquiries, newsletter subscriptions, posting comments, submitting user content, or contacting the Data Controller;
b) data collected by the Data Controller through the use of cookies; and
c) data automatically recorded by the Website’s IT system during the use of the Service.
Personal data provided pursuant to point a) may include: name, email address, residence, phone number.
Providing name and email address is mandatory for registration and newsletter subscription. Without providing further data, personalization of the Service cannot be ensured.
Purpose of data processing: identification of users and their access rights related to the Service, communication with users, use of user-generated content, sending newsletters and advertising (direct marketing), and personalization of the Service, media content, and advertisements (including profiling).
Newsletter subscribers consent to receive emails related to the Service, contents, and advertising concerning the Data Controller or its partners.
Personalization of the Service, media content, and advertisements is typically automated and performed by computer programs without human intervention.
Legal basis: voluntary, specific, and informed consent of users (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Users may withdraw their consent at any time by sending an email to hello@linoah.hu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
The Data Controller does not offer information society services directly to children; however, children may still use the Service. Consent for data processing of children under 16 is lawful only if given or authorized by a person exercising parental authority over the child. Users warrant that their consent complies with this condition.
Data retention period: personal data provided upon registration are retained until deletion of registration; data provided for newsletter subscription are retained until 30 days after unsubscribing; personal data in comments are processed as long as the media content is publicly accessible; personal data submitted with user content are processed for the duration of potential use of the content; inquiries are retained for 60 days after case closure.
The Data Controller ceases processing personal data if the purpose ceases or consent is withdrawn. Upon withdrawal, personal data shall be deleted within 30 days unless other legal grounds for processing exist.
Registration requires providing truthful data on the designated interface. The Data Controller is not liable for inaccuracies or errors. Users bear responsibility for claims arising from false data provision.
Users are responsible for all activity associated with their registered email.
Newsletter subscription requires email provision during registration or via a dedicated input box. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@linoah.hu or by mail at 1148 Budapest, Kerepesi út 30.
b) Cookies
The Data Controller places small data packages (“cookies”) on users’ devices for Service personalization, which may be read back on subsequent visits. Cookies link current visits with previous ones only for the Data Controller’s own content.
Data processed: IP address, visit time and duration, browsing history, technical details of the device (operating system).
Purpose: identification of users and session, web analytics, improving user experience, personalizing Service and advertisements.
Legal basis: user’s voluntary and informed consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Consent is given by clicking the designated button in the cookie pop-up upon Website access.
Users may withdraw consent anytime via email. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Users may delete cookies or block cookies in their browser settings.
Without consent, Service functionality may be limited and analytics imprecise.

c) Automatic logging
User IP address, visit start and end times, browser and operating system type may be automatically logged.

3.2 Personal Data of Partners and Associates
The Data Controller processes personal data of cooperating partners, their employees, contacts, natural person agents, and contractors according to this Policy.

Purpose: communication related to cooperation.
Legal basis: voluntary consent or contract performance or legitimate interest (GDPR Articles 6(1)(a), (b), and (f)).

If data processing is based on legitimate interest, data subjects may object; in such case, processing ceases unless overriding lawful reasons exist.
Retention: 30 days after consent withdrawal or 5 years after cooperation ends.
4. Rights of Data Subjects
4.1 Right to information: The Data Controller shall provide GDPR Articles 13, 14 and 15-22, 34 information to data subjects upon request via contact details in section 1.
4.2 Right of access: Data subjects may request confirmation of processing and access to personal data and related information.
4.3 Right to rectification: Data subjects may request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
4.4 Right to erasure: Data Controller shall erase personal data within 30 days upon request if legal conditions are met (GDPR Article 17(1)). Exceptions apply as per GDPR Article 17(3).
4.5 Right to restriction: Data subjects may request restriction of processing under certain conditions.
4.6 Right to data portability: Data subjects have the right to receive personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.
4.7 Right to object: Data subjects may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling and direct marketing.
4.8 Right to lodge a complaint: Data subjects may lodge complaints with the Data Controller or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

5.1 Data Controller does not disclose or transfer personal data without consent except under legal obligation or when subcontracting Service provision.
5.2 Third-party processors may be engaged for sending newsletters and direct marketing under instructions from the Data Controller; they act solely as processors.
5.3 Data Controller only contracts processors compliant with GDPR, Hungarian laws, and instructions, ensuring data protection.
5.4 The Data Controller cooperates with independent media agencies that collect personal data via cookies or click-tracking for analytics; such data processing is outside this Policy’s scope.
5.5 Data Controller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security and prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, deletion, or loss.
